Youth empowerment is a process where children and young people are encouraged to take charge of their lives. They do this by addressing their situation and then take action in order to improve their access to resources and transform their consciousness through their beliefs, values, and attitudes.
ADTsalvation engages underserved young people through community-based education, mentoring and employment readiness programs to help them develop skills and strengthen ties to family and community.
Expanding from operating one program and serving 25 youth in 2014– ADTsalvation now offers several programs and serves 1,000 youth annually. Throughout this growth, ADTsalvation has maintained true to our mission of providing high quality, culturally competent services to some of Indian most vulnerable youth.
